Mobile Book Racks

Known as “book barrows”, these are one of the Legion’s premiere forms of evangelization.  Book barrows can be set up either in the parish or on the street. The books and pamphlets included in the book barrows can be given away free or sold at cost. What’s important is the unique opportunity that book barrows offer to draw people closer to the faith.

& Street Evangelization

Book Barrows are a great tool for approaching strangers in the street, which very frequently leads to true evangelization situations.  The Barrow provides the eye-catcher for the curious and the hesitant inquirer who would otherwise pass by a Legion member's approach. 

Street Work is the most heroic of all the Evangelization efforts of the Legion of Mary.
